Chairman & Managing Director
The driving force behind Riviera, Agnelo brings with him a wealth of experience in construction and development that spans over three decades. An engineer by training, Agnelo initially worked with leading hospitality groups in India and across the globe, before he moved his focus to real estate development in Goa by the late1990s.
His ability to unwearyingly hear-out clients and exceed their requirements, unrivalled experience, and uncompromised ethics has seen the Company transform into one of Goa’s leading developers in the luxury home space.

Francisco De Braganca,
Executive Director
Lawyer turned entrepreneur and former Chairman of the Travel and Tourism Association of Goa, Francisco is an experienced advisor on Goa’s real estate landscape. His invaluable domain experience is drawn on in identifying and navigating the Company through the land acquisition process.
Francisco focuses on Riviera’s hospitality and retail space ventures. His entrepreneurial leanings have been pivotal in formulating the over-all strategy for the Group’s hospitality arm.
Francisco also represents the business on external industry bodies and serves as an advisor to the Government and Tourism boards on matters pertaining to hospitality and tourism in Goa.
